Not a pleasant stay and...

Liked: The staff was friendly.
Disliked: The room was like a closet, very small. No coffee maker as advertised when reserved. No microwave. Had to request a ice bucket. Floors were thin, Heard people walking above us. The walls were also thin and we heard a lot of outdoor noise including traffic. We couldn't sleep and were ready to leave early morning.

Decent facility, but privacy is...

Liked: I liked the location, the rooms, and most of the staff.
Disliked: The cleaning crew does not knock or anything before trying to enter the room, at 9:30, when check out isn’t until 12.

Nice room, pleasant and capable...

Liked: The breakfast was better than expected, in fact better than other Tru locations I've stayed at. There were more options and the quality of food served was better.
Disliked: No coffee maker in the room. That's the only thing.

Disliked: I didn't like that you could hear people walking around in the room above me. No rugs or carpet made the room very noisy.
