Liked: The cleanliness and the size of the room.
Disliked: The staff could have been a little more pleasant. Did give answers but just didn't seem like happy people. They should have also told us a little bit about the facility where everything was located. (i.e. exercise room, ice machine, wi-fi time for breakfast)the only service they said was available was the cleaning. She was very accomodating with the cleaning but she told us the next day and we didn't receive it.) No ice bucket in the room or coffee machine). They did ask if we wanted cleaning and towel service the next day & we said we would. The Also the bartender bar tender she was slow in waiting on us and we were the only 2 customers. . She wouldn't provide us with wine glasses, out of tap beer. Said you could only have plastic because they were closing in 1/2 hour plus she was very rude about it. I understand that she might close early due to no customers. We ask upon arrival & were told that the bar was open from 5:00-10:00 every day. They also didn't mention happy hour which I think would be a good idea to attract people to the bar. Didn't like the idea of paying for parking or for the gate as it wasn't working properly.

Overall, it met our needs...

Liked: Location was excellent and close to Sea World and Universal studios. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The water pressure in the bathroom sink needs to be increased. It's slow and can be an issue for those who can't stand long due to underlying health conditions. Breakfast should also include sweets, whether that be muffins, donuts, or pastries.

Liked: The location is wonderful, the breakfast and hospitality of the staff are amazing. But the cleaning is not very good, I found hairs in my bathroom, the floor was dirty and the mattress was not very good. They need to improve these details.
