Disliked: We needed breakfast to be open sooner on Saturday, there was a lot of us staying there, and the staff didn't offer to let us do even the grab & go.

Very clean and friendly staff

Ruined & unwelcomed

Liked: The lobby area was nice. Games to play & pool table.
Disliked: They staffed was very very rude. I was told time after time that this hockey team staying there was the main importance. I paid to stay there as well or wrong of them to put all efforts on them. I felt targeted. I did not end up staying the night. I left after they kept making me feel unwelcomed. They knocked on my door more then 3 times to tell me to be quiet even though other were more loud & it was only 7pm on Saturday. They ruined my son's birthday. I work hard to give my children the little bit I can for them to ruin it for me that way is very hurtful.

Although the facility is gorgeous...

Liked: Everything is very modern and bright. There is an amazing commons area where families can hang out, very family friendly. The staff were wonderful and social.
Disliked: Both my husband and I woke up with back pain and stiffness because the beds are not comfortable/supportive enough. (We are in our 30’s). Also, the coffee wasn’t hot at breakfast. It had been sitting in a huge thermos probably for hours.

Great breakfast and friendly desk...

Liked: Everything was very clean and fresh. The breakfast was the best ever. Yum. The reservation desk staff worker was so helpful.
Disliked: I would have liked a coffee maker in the room and more than two cups.
