Liked: Staff was very nice, but facility was unclean and one customer reported bed bugs!

It was good overall, but...

Liked: It was clean, modern, and the staff was very nice. It was easy to check in and everything went smoothly.
Disliked: The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and I normally don’t complain, ever. The walls were paper thin - we could hear people stomping around in the room above us too - and that is not ideal for being next to the stairway.

Excellent! Will definitely stay again!!

Liked: The property was very clean, it had a cool vibe, and was in a great location! The staff were very friendly (Trinity was 2nd shift and then it was a young man for the night shift) and then the morning guy was very friendly and cheerful as well!

Liked: Very clean and well maintained. Staff friendly and inviting. Location was great for my needs.
Disliked: Minor inconveniences! Could use a bath mat when stepping out of the shower and facial tissue box empty.
