Liked: Comfy beds. Loved the dispensers in the bathroom. Clean room and linens. Good breakfast.
Disliked: The people above us stomped across their floor all night. Kept waking me up.

Liked: We ve stayed at 4 different TRU locations, we liked the clean contemporary design. Water/ice station. Local attraction boards.
Disliked: What we also found is the contemporary furnishings have not stood the short test of time. The majority of the locations have had broken items in our rooms. Lights hanging from the wires. Broken corners of particle board laminated furnishings. Here the bathroom shelf had pulled out of the wall board drooping so it was barely usable. Had to prop it up to level enough to use. The towel hooks were gone behind the door. Both shelves and hooks were mounted using plastic sleeves only in the wallboard, contractors should have planned for solid framing to mount to for these. Another issue here was the oval toilet had a very thin oval toilet seat that overhung the front of toilet. If this snaps on someone it could be an issue!The glass shower doors would not close at top and opposite bottom as the opening was out-of-square. Walls/ Floors too thin or short on noise proofing when kids upstairs are obviously using their room as a playground or wall neighbors have 3am guests come and go.
