Liked: Location, 4 block walk to downtown/Broadway Street. Downstairs amenities, pool table, shuffle board, and all beverage and food selections for purchase
Disliked: The room felt like a student dorm. No table to sit and eat and only one chair in room.

Liked: Very clean and walking distance to Broadway. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was very good and kept well organized by staff. Very easy for our rides to locate us. Would definitely stay here every time we come to Nashville!

Liked: The Breakfast every day was AMAZING! I think it was the BEST Free breakfast I've had anywhere!Rooms were clean and the Staff were Friendly...I like that they left Water, coffee, tea and fruit in the Lobby for whenever you wanted some.
Disliked: Had an issue with my Credit Card- they tried to accommodate for Me...they wouldn't charge it when we arrived and dropped off our suitcases- that was annoying bc I think the problem would not have occurred if they did. Made the beginning of our Stay in Nashville Very Stressful.

Liked: It was a perfect location to walk to Broadway, the Ryman and to The Country Music Hall of Fame! They can give you a number for a SUV driver that will take you to the Grand Ole Opry and he will also be there to pick you up! It had a great breakfast also!! I would definitely stay at this hotel again!!
