Liked: Everything in the room was in good condition. Included breakfast was good ( except not very warm pancakes and the " butter " was in fact margarine).All staff very efficient and friendly, except one older gentleman.Easy parking under hotel and direct access to room with elevator.

Trip to Monterrey.

Liked: Free breakfast, location, incredible stuff, cleanliness. Jacuzzi and swimming pool had warm water. The swimming pool is easy to access. You can walk to Arena Monterrey if you are going to a concert. Parque Fundidora is within walking distance from the hotel.
Disliked: Weak Wifi connection, no room service.
