Overall great, wonderful clean rooms...

Liked: The staff was super helpful in giving us suggestions on where to get late night food and what parts of town would be good to hang out in.
Disliked: There werent any cups provided in the room at all. Not glass or disposable. There was also no pen or paper provided but no biggie we just happened to need one something fierce during our stay. The breakfast was cold by the time we got to it at 9am but the coffee was great and fresh.

you can't control the temperature...

Disliked: I was charged an extra $100 at check-in, but it would be refunded (I have not received this refund yet). And, surprisingly, there was no way to adjust the air conditioning in the room! I asked for it to be turned off, but that was not possible! I tried to adjust the temperature, but that was not possible! The solution the staff found was to give me two extra blankets. In other words, I was freezing in the room!!
