Liked: The place is very clean, fun activities at the location and nearby, and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff were also very friendly.
Disliked: The walls and floors are very, very thin. I got woken up a lot by people in the neighboring room, I could hear people walking on floor above me, and there was a dog in one of the close rooms that barked a TON.

Liked: The included breakfast had quite a bit to choose from and was very good. The only complaint I have was that they charged $10 per night for parking. Nowhere was that mentioned in the description. Not like ten bucks is a lot of money, but it just felt like getting squeezed for no good reason. Just raise the room price by $10 and tell me its free. I would feel better about hat. There is plenty to do as well. They have a pool, pool table, ,bean bags, board games, giant com.ect 4, outdoor fire pit and lounge area. Super close to Mall of America. We were able to walk to the mall in 9 minutes. Way easier to walk than to deal with parking garages and then still having to hike to the building. TRU also offers a free shuttle to the mall.

Quick little vacation

Liked: The property was close to Mall of America, and convenient for a short stay. It was clean and even though there were kids all over the place, our room was quiet. The breakfast was ok……
Disliked: Nothing.

The hotel is nice. But...

Liked: Nice variety for breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean room and facilities. Fun games (corn hole, pool, etc). Liked the bon fire outside.
Disliked: I was told you had a shuttle that ran every half hour to the Mall of America. We waited for 40 minutes outside. When I called the hotel to find out when to expect the shuttle, i was told i had to call and schedule a pickup. There was another family going back to the hotel at the same time who had also been told the shuttle ran every half hour from the hotel to MoA and back again to the hotel every half hour. We also had an issue with a neighboring room that was smoking pot and making loss of noise at 10:30 pm. The desk person did come up and talk with them. However they still were yelling and making noise for another hour.
