Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Shuttle was efficient. Good breakfast. Clean and quiet room.

Liked: Location and cleanliness of the hotel.
Disliked: The pool is always closed for maintenance. Breakfast was not that great. There is an additional parking fee.

Liked: We liked Rex, the shuttle guy! There were a lot of options for breakfast. The location to the Mall of America was great.
Disliked: The bed boxes (frames) were very uncomfortable when you sat on the bed, especially for someone who was not tall. When we had breakfast, we thought that everything was too spaced out. It doesn't make sense to go to an extra area for coffee.

We had a great time.

Liked: Modern look; great location; accessible food and drinks. Free breakfast and shuttle.
Disliked: I wasn’t thrilled that I needed to request that our room be cleaned. That should be automatic.

Liked: Close to airportModern facility Good breakfast Great shower and tv
Disliked: The staff at check in (2 gentlemen) were not very welcoming. I felt they were put out by my questions. Just not very friendly. Upon checkout the next day, new staff was much better.

We would definitely stay here...

Liked: Property was very clean and the staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. A very good location to the airport and Mall of America.
Disliked: The only complaint would be we could hear the kids in the room next to us on occasion.
