I ordered a taxi through...

Superb

Not again.

Disliked: I asked for a quiet room on the upper floor. I got an answer that it was gonna be no problem. What did we get? Exactly: a room on the ground floor and it was rather loud. We could hear the staff, people checking in, the vending machine...I wanted to shower (8pm) and had no hot water! No ventilation in the bathroom.Pool was okay, but no umbrellas, no shade.

Liked: The location was perfect for what we needed, and we enjoyed the swimming pool and the rooftop bar that was open until late. Super friendly staff.
Disliked: Single use plastics at breakfast (both plates and cutlery), don't care about the aesthetics, but it's not very environmentally friendly. Probably, there was an issue or something, and that was a one-off, not sure.
