Fantastic Hotel Experience!

Liked: Best hotel that I stayed in the last 5 years.
Disliked: Nothing

Relax and enjoying vacations

Liked: Starting from the people in front desk, the room , the cleaning, WiFi, breakfast, even dinner in the 10th floor with a outstanding view of the airport, I truly believe that the experience in Tru By Hilton hotel was excellent.
Disliked: Nothing

Very useful hotel due to...

Liked: Room was very functional and well designed. Extensive breakfast that was served early enough to allow transfer to reasonably early flight.Room decor was pleasant.
Disliked: I received an email with a link to app that showed location of airport shuttle bus. However this message was received after I left the hotel and thus not very useful. As it was, I had to call the hotel to inquire about timing and location of the shuttle service. The app would have been highly useful if it had been part of the reservation/confirmation process. Hotel is cost competitive with others in the area but still a bit overpriced for a short night stay.

Liked: Over all a nice hotel but the food and beer at the bar were expensive. It was suppose to be happy hour between 5 to 7. Happy hour means cheaper prices I did not experience that.

Exceptional

Liked: Loved this hotel. Our stay was short (one night but very pleasurable. We came in from our cruise around 8am and the reservationist was able to provide us with a room for immediate check in. We had breakfast, which was delicious, and then was able to sleep for a few hours before heading out to the mall.The hotel was quiet, clean and very modern in decor- a bonus was being 10 min from the airport and having a free shuttle to get us there. Will definitely visit again.
