Liked: The breakfast was fine! The staff did good !
Disliked: I was expecting clean sheets. There were stains on both beds and were rough from wear. The mattress covers were stained. The quilt was dingy! **Get new sheets, new mattress covers. Use better pyrex type cleaner for washing all of the items necessary for a proper stay. I was concerned about even laying onto of the top sheet! Clean the floors better. The floor had sand or grit on it. The lobby furniture is dirty and badly stained. Please address these unclean issues. There was a roach in our room!

Disliked: Breakfast bar was limited on hot vegitarian options. Eggs had meat in them. No potatoes. Only hot cakes.

Expected better from a Hilton...
Liked: Breakfast was good!
Disliked: I pre communicated with the hotel over a pet issue - called them before and after booking to make sure we wouldn’t have any issues upon arrival. Which we did - because there was no note guaranteeing our special request. They ended up accommodating us, but it was a hassle. To add to that, the customer service was subpar and the front desk lady was wearing a political wristband, which is inappropriate for a workplace. For a king bed, we only had three pillows and one towel for the bathroom.
