Liked: Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. Hot coffee 24/7 is a definite perk!
Disliked: The only thing we didn't like was the loud traffic at night.

Disliked: I asked for the upper level when I made my reservation. I was given the 3rd level, not the upper level.Food selection was poor.

No frills, but clean and...

Liked: The Lavazza coffee was great! It is the same brand we drink at home.
Disliked: Our room was on the 'street' side of the hotel. Way too loud to get good sleep.
