Bestest Hotel of whole trip!

Liked: the room was nicer and bigger than expected. Yes, it is an older property but we are "older properties" too so we don't mind that at all. The beds were blissfull, the bathroom was clean and the towels were big and absorbant! Bestest of all was the enclosed courtyard we could use for our pets! They needed to have "zoomies" so badly after three days in the car! And your staff were so nice - what a cute touch to give milk bones at check in. Thank you for that. And thank you for such a welcoming, comfortable stay. When we head north again on our way to our new home in Alaska we will be booking with you in Boise for sure!!
Disliked: One piece of advice - someone had spilled something on the wall in the kitchen are and it left a good mark - when you have staff clean something like that have them clean the whole wall after cleaning the stain - the mark will be much, much less noticeable. The fan in the bathroom need to be fixed and an extra blanket around would be good to have when one partner wants to set the ac to zero!
