Family friendly!

Liked: Bed was comfy, room was spacious. Enjoyed the pool table and the pool (not too cold!) & hot tub. Lots of options for breakfast.
Disliked: Traffic was loud and AC/Heat fan wasn't very loud to block noise. Pool wasn't the cleanest inside. Pancake machine takes a long time on a busy morning with lots of guests.

Liked: Property/public areas were very clean and smelled nice. Very colorful and cheerful atmosphere.
Disliked: The front desk staff was not accommodating. Went down to file a complaint on the cleanliness of the room and they made us feel like we were lying. Had to go down for a third time with the smelly blanket in order to be believed. As guests we shouldn’t be an inconvenience.

Overall a good experience

Liked: The staff was very nice and friendly, the room was clean and so was the property, however they could really invest on some good pillows, the ones in our room were very flat and getting comfortable to sleep was nearly impossible.

Disliked: External air conditioning vibrated very very loudly through our room. We didn’t even have our room air con on!!

Location location

Liked: Location and proximity to several office complexes in the area. Nice firm mattress. Clean. Nice facilities. Friendly staff. Exercise room.
Disliked: Small pool. But not a deal breaker.

Disliked: Rooms were small. Tv was hard to figure out. Some Cleaning staff couldn't understand english or speak it to communicate with us when I was looking for something. The breakfast was ok but when we went first thing in the morningthere was no sausage or eggs they were gone already. A little disappointing
