Disliked: The elevator was not working, I had to take the stairs. Reported to staff.

Very disappointing during a horrible...

Liked: It had a vacancy. We had to drive three hours to find a hotel with a vacancy. They did give me a toy for my dog.
Disliked: We were there because we could not stay at our home after Hurricane Helene. I was surprised I was still charged the 75.00 pet fee as a Hilton Honor member. Other hotels waved this fee during this time. My husband was in the elevator and two female staff members were in there with him. They were high. The African American woman said that is the type of a man I want to get stuck in an elevator with bent over and twerked. The Hispanic woman with her laughed hysterically. The African American woman that checked us in was afraid of our Cockapoo. We called down for towels she said no we needed to come get them she was the only one there. She did a great job checking us in.
