It was ok
Liked: The breakfast was exceptional
Disliked: The elevator was so cold it was like being outside I’m guessing a boiler was down because the pool was really cold and that was one reason of picking the hotel for my grandkids the hallways were cold It would have been nice it knowing I was checking in they would have turned my heat on in my room It was 56 degrees when we walked in

Liked: Overall a good experience. Clean facilities, friendly staff, comfortable beds, convenient location.
Disliked: I'm reluctant to say anything negative because I think this is a fine hotel and our problem was probably pretty unique. The only issue was that our room (323) had a pretty strong odor of sewer gas near the door and in the bathroom. I thought maybe a p-trap had run dry in one of the pipes so I tried running water in all the fixtures, but that didn't solve it. We arrived late with kids and the hotel parking lot was full, so I didn't even bother to complain or switch rooms. We were only staying one night. I just ran the bathroom fan and the window ac blower all night to try and circulate the air out and away from us as we slept. We survived. I tried to explain the issue to the front desk as we checked out but I'm not sure the message got across.
