Good stay. I would stay...
Liked: Nice clean hotel in a good location.
Disliked: I would have rated higher if there were a bathtub.

The best of King Island...
Liked: I enjoyed everythin, no complaints. Staff provided expectational customer service and were always there if I needed them. The facilities and my room were very clean. Location is very safe and has lots of restaurants and activities in the area. I will definitely be staying again in the future.
Disliked: Only thing I did not care for, I had to go downstairs to use the microwave but staff explained to me it was due to eliminating the exposure of radiation. Totally understandable.

Liked: Location
Disliked: There were several issues. We typically enjoy a true hotel because of the value and the quality of the property. Our room had water stains on the ceiling, loose baseboards, and the worst was a constant noise made by the HVAC that kept us from sleeping. I have pictures that I would like to share with you, but I don’t see how I’m able to do that on this site.

Liked: The cleanliness and overall presentation and vibe of the hotel s great. We like that it has hard floors and the bathroom was clean and tidy.
Disliked: Very early in the morning around 7am on Sunday there was an extremely loud repeating banging noise that seemed to come from above us, we were on the 3rd floor and the noise persisted for about one minute. It was very disruptive and startling for myself and my toddler. Also we did not have a remote in our room upon arrival. The front desk promptly advised us to come down and they would provide one for us.
