Very good

Liked: Staff was OK and friendly. Lobby is welcoming and has several areas to sit and gather if you were with family.
Disliked: Bed was hard and very hard on the back. Only one chair in the room. I used one of the ironing boards to set my bags on.

Liked: Clean, bright & cheerful
Disliked: (1) Pillows - need a medium or firm option (for side sleepers). 2 on the bed were small, soft & slippery poly fiber, and 2 were feather that flattened into hard lumps; stacking & folding didn't work. (2) Couldn't get the tv off of the welcome screen. Wanted some veg time after arriving late, but didn't want to spend time calling for service as I was trying to relax & sleep. Could a guide to using the tv be put in the room?
