Great location, friendly staff

Liked: I checked in late at night and found the night staff kind and friendly. This hotel's location is great: near the airport, retail & restaurant corridor, and Liberty University. The parking lot was a bit tight to navigate with my truck, but there were enough available spots available at the adjacent hotel for me to get a spot that was easy to navigate.
Disliked: The comforter on the bed wasn't as thick as I've had in other hotels. So, I slept in my jacket.

Liked: The people are always very friendly and helpful. We brought our dog this time and they have a special door tag to indicate there is a pet in the room. We never worried about leaving her in the room. The room was clean and we had plenty of towels.
