Didn’t even get to stay...

Liked: Even though I paid for the room with my card, once I got there and tried to put it on for incidentals and it kept declining with money on it. We were also told we had to be 21 and all parties had to have id. Even though it says 18 in the website. So I had to sleep in my car instead. Didn’t even get to stay in the room I paid $200 for! And I didn’t get a refund for the inconvenience either.
