We will not stay at this location again. The noise was unacceptable. The bagels were not fresh. The outlet plate was not on.

Liked: The breakfast was decent, wished it had a few kore hot options then eggs and sausage (such as biscuits and gravy, etc). Access to ice and water bottle station, and handicapped accessible rooms. Love having coffee, tea and hot cocoa available 24hrs. And loved the location to the expo center.
Disliked: Our first room was perfect size but the air conditioner did not work, moved us to a smaller king room and asked why the smaller room, changed us one more time to another room which was bigger but not as big as the first on the first floor and we stayed there. The pillows were flat, bed was very uncomfortable and shower leaked out from under the shower curtain all over bathroom floor. The lighting was not great especially since we were there for a cheer competition and it was hard to put makeup on with such dim lighting. We have stayed at this same location several times and have never had this bad of an experience. Wish there were microwaves in the rooms. I always check for bed bugs and when I rolled the covers back there were two clumps of hair attached to the sheets.
