We will not stay at this location again. The noise was unacceptable. The bagels were not fresh. The outlet plate was not on.

Disliked: The noise coming from the room above us was bad.

I will return next year...

Over charged me $744

Liked: Double billed me and refuses to reverses the charges because I booked online but paid at the desk. They got the money but refuse to refund it.
Disliked: Having to get my refund done through a credit card dispute

Liked: Beautiful, clean free breakfast location was not bad
Disliked: My room was supposed to be a king they put us in a handicap room I was to tired to complain , and housekeeping left a dirty towel in the bathroom , I clean our room over at every stay spray it down good , other than that it’s really a nice hotel

Liked: Love the atmosphere and all the lobby options like the pool table, seating (for fun or business), and games.
Disliked: The bed and pillows. The mattress was rather firm and the pillows were very flat.
