Great Crash Pad, Might Be...

Liked: Lobby area was fun, clean rooms, good breakfast out right at 6 AM
Disliked: Sound issues. Not sure if it was because we had a noisy family next door, or that we had a handicap room that was a big concrete echo chamber, but we had a lot of sound issues.

I will never stay at...

Liked: Ladie at front desk when I checked in (10/27/24 and 11/1/24) was absolutely wonderful, greeted me with a smile and when I asked for info about the area she was very helpful,
Disliked: breakfast was awful, bananas were brown, muffins were out dated and had mold on them.Ladie on night shift is not very good with customers, I asked her if she could make a fresh pot of coffee at 3am since i was getting ready to hit the road and she had the nerve to roll her eyes at me. Worst customer service I've ever had at any hotel.
