Liked: The staff were great! Issac at front desk was so helpful, friendly and personable! He was wonderful! Tyler at front desk was friendly and helpful too! The breakfast was good with the variety of options.The soaps and hair products in the dispensers made sense! Overall cleanliness of the whole place was good.Location optimal.Prices ok.Pool area
Disliked: I liked the idea of 24/7 coffee and micro use but was a bit let down with no coffee maker in the room. I like a coffee when I get out of bed and trying to get presentable for the day but would want it before I went all the way to lobby for breakfast (if we did it every day). Didn't like only one place for ice (not on each floor). I was traveling with granddaughter (7) and had to bring her with me if I needed ice , or actually wanted that coffee! Better soundproof or seal on the door. Especially when going to sleep and you can hear every person talking and walking, every noise in the hall (doors, clicks on locks) Pillows could have been harder (or one soft and one harder)Not sure if I didn't like this or was very taken back by this but no drawers in room, not sure why that was. Maybe some type of slot/hangar next to door to put keys (both car but mainly hotel keys) so that it right there by my eyes so I can see them before I leave.
