Liked: The lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming.

Liked: The staff was willing to move us twice when an issue couldn't be resolved.
Disliked: The first room was on the second floor facing Rt 30 and the sound of trucks power braking was not tolerable for us. The staff moved us across the hall but unruly children must have been jumping off the beds making it impossible to sleep. I called the front desk and the noise stopped for about an hour but it didn't last so I needed to call a second time but this time your employee said he would check it out. With no resolution I went down to the front desk and the employee said he went up there and didn't hear anything. I tried to keep my cool but it was 12:30 and did he think I was exaggerating? However, he did move us to the 5th floor where we finally got some sleep- but couldn't wake in time for breakfast. My advice is to ask for the back of the hotel and fifth floor.

Liked: The sheets have a bad smell. The cleaning was terrible. They don't clean well. The hallway smelled bad. The breakfast was horrible and didn't taste good. It was of very poor quality.

Liked: Breakfast was great, the rooms were not so big but were okay, good choice.

Liked: Room and beds are fine- very minimalist but clean and comfortable. But all other areas are very dirty.Took way too long to check in- staff not helpful or friendly. Breakfast was ok but lobby area very chaotic and not very clean. LOTs of kids at this hotel!Price was high for this hotel. Location was fine- right off highway. Coffee shop right next door was good!
