It was okay for the...

Liked: Location!
Disliked: Beds were not clean but the lady in the front was able to get me another room. However, the walls are thin so I could hear stomping above me all night!!! And the AC makes a lot of noise!

Lots to do at River...

Liked: The location was great. The pool table and games are an extra plus for a family with teenagers.

Nice, just didn’t expect to...

Liked: Nice location!
Disliked: Bathrooms weren’t really cleaned. And our toilet wouldn’t flush so we went to the front desk to let them know and we were told to fix the toilet. Like given instructions on how to fix the toilet to make it flush.

Very Pleasant

Liked: The staff were very helpful and friendly. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in!
Disliked: Lots of hair around the room and bathroom.

Exceptional

Liked: Love the location
Disliked: The shower was not up to our standards of being clean. When I called the front desk, they sent someone right away. Ashley came to talk to us and had someone clean it. She was very sweet and accommodating. If only everyone took as much pride in their job Ashley does. Tru, you have an excellent employee! We will be back.
