Disliked: Even after we told the front desk that the two rooms were to be paid separately by each couple, they still charged ONLY my card for both rooms and applied only the other couples Hilton rewards number to both rooms. Now I have to call and get it all straightened out.

Bad

Disliked: Lack of communication from the facility when a disabled veteran needed help.

Perfect for a respite during...

Liked: Gabby checked me in, and was super helpful. There was fresh hot coffee, and a bottle of water
Disliked: Got in, got to sleep in a clean comfy bed, and got back on the road in the morning. No surprises

Not bad for the money.

Liked: We liked the pool table in the lobby and the breakfast was not bad. The morning crew was amazing, they were very hospitable. (I’m saying this from my observation with the way they dealt with the people staying there and managing the breakfast…. I didnt receive any special attention personally)
Disliked: The evening crew wasnt friendly. I’m not going to say i have anxiety traveling but finding a hotel in a city you’ve never been to is overwhelming. When you check in and the person checking you in clearly doesnt want to be there, it automatically makes you nervous about the entire rest of the stay. We were in different hotels 4 nights in a row. This hotel wasnt our favorite but not our worst neither. Not sure why hotels dont have more sound proof walls. The lady next to us was on her phone late at night…: you can hear her entire conversation and then early in the morning, at like 5 am, she blasted her tv with gospel preachers.
