Great stay with great staff!

Liked: Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Hotel room was great, beds super comfy. Very happy with our stay!
Disliked: The shampoo, conditioner and body wash was empty in our room. But we brought stuff so not a major issue for us.

Liked: The room I originally booked was given to me with an extremely dirty bathroom and toilet. They told me they couldn't come clean it and I had to pack all my things and move to another. The other room had hair all over the bathroom counter and floor. I couldn't shower because of how dirty it was. This was a disgusting experience to say the least. Especially for how much I paid.

Clean space but less than...

Liked: Convenient location, nice bathroom, clean room.
Disliked: Advertised 24/7 coffee and tea available, but when asked, we were told that “the coffee pot was messed up”. We arrived a few min late to the breakfast time (we weren’t told the hours and it was only printed in one obscure location) and several people had just stepped away from the buffet with plates of food but it was practically closed in our faces. It would’ve been nice to be offered something in packages as a grab-n-go situation. Especially since that was one of the reasons that we booked this hotel.

Liked: It was clean and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: We had pre-checked in on my app and picked our room. By the time we got to the hotel (which was very late) my app said we had to stop at the front desk because of an issue, so we did. The guy running the front desk was very nice but said he had to give me a different room and couldn't figure out how to give us a room card. He stuck us in a completely different room and we did not ever get a working room key because he couldn't figure it out! Then all I wanted to do was take a hot shower after driving 12 hours. My daughter took a hot shower and mine was only mildly warm. 2 out of the 3 soaps were completely out in the shower. I was not impressed overall for the cost, sadly.
