Half-way point to Miami

Liked: I was so happy that the young lady working at the front desk allowed for me to change rooms from the 4th floor to the 2nd floor. Later that night the other employee that was working at the front desk he allowed for me to have late check-out and I was able to get a good night's rest with all of my things organized as planned.
Disliked: Initially I was assigned a room on the 4th floor in room 410 and the system/hvac was on and it never cut off, despite the temperature that I set for the room. The air was dry and the temperature was either hot or cold.

Liked: Perfect location with lots of restaurants in the area. Room and hotel was very clean!!

Disliked: - Breakfast ended at 9:00AM which we found too early Particularly for a holiday- We stayed 2 nights and there was no room service/cleaning after our first night

Good but nothing spectacular.

Liked: It was very close to the St. John's town center, so I could do a lot of shopping. Also it was handy being able to buy snacks and drinks at the reception any time during the day. Nice room, spacy and with comfortable bed.
Disliked: The breakfast was kind of basic. Also I had an issue a few hours before my departure (clogged toilet) which I reported to the reception hoping they would resolve it before I had to leave so I could use the bathroom normally. They did not take any action and probably resolved it after I left. They could have done better in that instance.
