Disliked: One little thing: I wish every room had a desk and a lamp. Wheel-in tiny table is not a desk. Fortunately I was still able to get some work done.

Liked: I was so happy that the young lady working at the front desk allowed for me to change rooms from the 4th floor to the 2nd floor. Later that night the other employee that was working at the front desk he allowed for me to have late check-out and I was able to get a good night's rest with all of my things organized as planned.
Disliked: Initially I was assigned a room on the 4th floor in room 410 and the system/hvac was on and it never cut off, despite the temperature that I set for the room. The air was dry and the temperature was either hot or cold.
