It was nice however i...
Disliked: I requested towels I was told I had to come to the front desk to pick them up and 20 minutes. When I came down the lady at the front desk had an attitude and ask me why didn't I call first I stated I did call and was told to come to the front desk to pick them up.

Overall, the stay was fine....
Liked: Front desk was nice. Rooms were clean.
Disliked: Our TV did not work, kept going in and out. Water pressure would come and go with the shower, toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and toilet would not flush every time and needed to be assisted by pulling up on the latch to help fill the basin. These are little things, but they add up when u pay more than $200 a night. Also, the fire alarm was flashing a bright green light all night long.

I would not pick a...
Liked: Comfortable bed.
Disliked: No closet, feather pillows, nowhere to put luggage except the floor, lousy water pressure and hot water.

I’d stay here again.
Liked: Friendly staff. Room was comfortable. I typically don’t sleep well in hotels but I slept well and didn’t want to get up!
Disliked: The location is a little peculiar. My GPS took me through a few different parking lots before I got to the property.

Liked: Pillows were nice. The room was clean. Staff was friendly
Disliked: The bed was extremely firm. There was a smoke detector in our room the had a flashing light that made it hard to sleep. When we checked out we spoke to the front desk. They explained that a majority of their rooms have this and they have had many complaints. It has been brought up to the owner on several occasions. I was also told that some guest just put a bandaid over the flashing light. That light is so bright. The shower door would not stay closed. The shower head was wobbly in the wall when moved to angle away from the door because it wouldn’t stay shut. The hot water was warm at best I let it run for a little and nothing changed. This is sad because this looks to be a nice hotel but they need to definitely work on a few things.
