No heat in the room.

Disliked: The room had no heat The temperature was below 50 degrees. No available rooms no other accommodations offered.

Excellent! But pittsburgh didn't win....
Liked: Was there for the pittsburgh/colts football game and the hotel did not disappoint.It was very , very nice and the staff was all very , very welcoming.

Liked: It has a good location, and the amenities are ok. The rooms are also clean enough.
Disliked: The staff at night is rude, I had to figured out where the elevator was located and she didn’t want to explained anything about breakfast. I paid the room online a day before and had to pay again at the check in with the excuse that she needed a card on file. She looks irritated as hell through the whole process and made everything super uncomfortable. Luckily, the next day I spoke with the staff and cancelled the second charge. There was a party in one of the hotel room, around 3am until 9am the next day. My bed was vibrating because of the loud music. There were people walking back and forth out their rooms being so loud from 3am to 6am. I couldn’t sleep at all. The smell of cigarette in the bathroom and the hallway of the hotel was disgusting. I don’t recommend this hotel at all, I will never stay here again.
