The hotels in a great...

Liked: The property was in a great location for where we needed to be in the city.
Disliked: We had previously canceled one of the nights that we were staying at the hotel. The staff charged us for all nights from the original booking and we have yet to receive a refund that we told we would be getting based on conversations with Booking.com and the hotel. Everybody had a different story when talking to staff members about it.

BEST BANG FOR THE BUCK!

Liked: The complimentary breakfast exceeded expectation: fresh fruit, sausage, pancakes, biscuits, cereal bar, and fresh scrambled eggs. In addition, they offered boiled eggs and free drinks all day, coffee, tea, and orange juice. The staff programmed a welcome message with my name on the T.V. in my room. The room itself was neat, the bed was comfortable, and did I mention the room was super clean! I would definitely stay again!The receptionist who checked me in went over and beyond with customer service .
Disliked: The rooms were not as big as I prefer but there was a small place to hang your clothes, near the ironing board. The bathroom is roomy and super clean. I prefer bright lights. The lighting in the bedroom wasn't as bright as I like, but that's ok. Tru by Hilton downtown Indianapolis is the best 3- star hotel I've encountered!

Disappointing experience.

Liked: It was a nice breakfast served in the lobby. Room was clean.
Disliked: Could not get live TV allegedly due to satellite problems at the hotel. Power blinds malfunctioned with blind in up position so window was not covered during the night.
