Overall the facilities were nice...

Liked: It was clean and nice to come to after a long drive
Disliked: Breakfast wasn’t the most high quality but that was more because I was at the tail end of it all

Disliked: I was advised that parking would be included, but we were charged an additional $30 for parking when checking out

Liked: The property was in a great location for where we needed to be in the city.
Disliked: We had previously canceled one of the nights that we were staying at the hotel. The staff charged us for all nights from the original booking and we have yet to receive a refund that we told we would be getting based on conversations with Booking.com and the hotel. Everybody had a different story when talking to staff members about it.
