Amazing staff and hotel. They were so accommodating to us and my dog. It's hard to find dog friendly hotels and we were there coincidentally the same weekend as a dog grooming convention so all the animals were treated like royalty, including my senior dog who wasn’t a part of the convention. It’s the little things that make being away from home easier and relaxing.

Liked: Everything was perfect! Pet friendly; complimentary coffee and breakfast; the friendliest staff and the comfiest bed. I can’t wait to come back!

Clean hotel with nice breakfast,...

Liked: The special pancake for Saint Patrick's day is yummy. There was crispy bacon on the first day, we love that. We love the fresh yoghurt with the side almond and cranberry. Breakfast serves till 10am is good for us. Very close to attraction.
Disliked: The hand wash bottle was empty when we checked in in the first day but it was late we didn't bother. But the next day when we returned it was still empty (there is daily housekeeping in this hotel)

Pleasant

Liked: The front staff was solid.
Disliked: The cleanliness was below par. The water fountain was dirty and I saw staff of four standing around it twice without someone taking action until I pointed it out to them. I don’t think the gym was cleaned in weeks and maybe months. Seems to be too many bosses and not enough staff focusing on cleanliness.

Disliked: Breakfast service was disappointing. There were no eggs or coffee when we went for breakfast at 9:30. We waited a long time for eggs, but the coffee never came.

Liked: The hotel has a modern design and is very clean. Location was great.
Disliked: The elevator got stuck twice in one morning while we were in it (while one elevator was already out of commission). Breakfast was underwhelming.

Liked: We were in town for our sons hockey tournament. Front desk clerk was very informative on places to eat, who delivered to hotel. Did his best to make sure our room was close to our son & his family. I do not remember front desk clerk’s name however, he went above to make our stay very pleasant. The woman in cafeteria was amazing also! She went out of her way to educate our grandson on how the pancake machine worked . He is a very curious child and she took the time to educate and make him happy! Breakfast area well stocked and very clean. She was working alone from what I saw . First time in a long time had such friendly staff that actually cared about their customers & took pride in their jobs! Hard to find good employees today! If I were your company I would provide them with a raise or at least a nice bonus to show your appreciation to make your customers feel welcomed and cared about!!! We are from NJ and visit Hershey PA a lot! HotelLittle more expensive than others in area however, to have peace of mind that it’s clean and a staff that makes you feel welcome is worth the extra money!!Only issue we had was there was only one elevator working. Had to wait a bit for it to get to our floor. Things happen and it was the weekend so no points taken off for that.
Disliked: Nothing!!! All was famtastic

Liked: overall - it was clean - everyone was nice. breakfast was hot. both beds this time were comfortable.
Disliked: one of the towels had a hair on it that didn't belong to our family - the young woman who checked us in was very nice but she did not know how to put in the discount codes.

Disliked: Breakfast was not worthwhile. There were very little options. Food was all processed food and not what I was looking for.
