Given other options, I probably...

Liked: Great location. Spacious room.
Disliked: No coffee maker in the room. Refrigerator was unplugged when I checked in. It took several hours for it to cool. There was also a used Q-tip in the trash can in my room when I checked in. The Eastern Indian woman who checked us in at the front desk was rude and uninviting. The room prices were jacked up incredibly high due to it being a “football weekend” and I was given new “pet policy” rules when I checked in that were not previously stated on the hotel website. I even called ahead in advance of my stay and asked what the pet policies were, and was not told anything about the rules that I was only told about upon my check-in. On top of that, the $75 pet fee was taxed, so it wound up being almost $85 instead of the $75 I was quoted.

Good value.

Liked: Great location. Near downtown and restaurants. Nice breakfast selections.
Disliked: Close to the highway and was a bit noisy at night. Garbage was picked up before 5AM. Noise woke us up.

Disliked: I believe they charged me more than the price quoted on booking.com. Would you be willing to check into this for me?

Quiet and comfortable but lacking...

Liked: Clean and big rooms. Excellent shower. Should try to actually fix the water damaged wall in 207 (bathroom) though. It’s pretty unsightly.
Disliked: No microwave or coffee maker in the rooms and no ice on my floor. I brought dinner to heat up and had no way to do it so skipped eating. Really was too tired to leave my room.

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel was clean and neat.
Disliked: The bottles of water were super expensive. Also the eggs were not very warm on the breakfast bar.

Disliked: If you stay in a Hotel, ia to rest from a long trip or to relax a little,BUT...mowing the lawn, SUNDAY AT 7.30AM???!! come on guys!!! Mower was loud!! We woke up early because of it.NOT GOOD!!
