Great location, decent room

Liked: Breakfast was average- but not awful. Decent selection.
Disliked: Room was a bit noisy - but it was a busy weekend so not a negative

First time visiting Columbia

Liked: The facility was very clean and seemed fresh. Location was perfect. Employees were cleaning, mopping, and even blowing the parking area off constantly. The staff was always professional and kind. Nice having a pool table in the lobby. Breakfast was ok. The restaurant that is beside the hotel, good food walkable distance.
Disliked: Our Air conditioner seemed to NOT get colder than 72, even after adjusting it. Wifi blocker would not allow my son's PS5 to connect. (Someone said you must pay a fee to have it unblocked? First time this has ever happened.)

Good place to stay for...

Liked: Near lots of shopping and restaurants. Clean and friendly staff. Front area is great with snacks for purchase and pool table for the kids to play Breakfast was good with hot and cold food.
Disliked: Weird entrance and not much parking, room walls are thin and we can hear other people making noises.

I would not stay here...

Liked: Most of the employees were very helpful and friendly! The breakfast was nice to have. I also like that they are environment friendly.
Disliked: Needs painted, updated, cleaned up. Night time (11pm) staff not very personable. Better coffee dear God please! No service to rooms even though we requested service (they had forgotten a comforter on our bed the night we arrived at midnight and we froze!)
