Will never return nor book...

Liked: It was close to the conference I was in town for and the lobby was decorated very nicely The front desk agents try their best to rectify the issues but those issues should not occur in the first place
Disliked: My check in process was very poor. I swiped my card for incidentals and even though my account got charged immediately, I was told they didn’t receive the payment. I tried to use another card the. I was told the system won’t allow me check in. It took almost 30mins to check me in and I was on a schedule. I didn’t have to pay again so I’m thankful for that.When we finally got into the room, it was smelling horribly. We sprayed all the room fresheners we bought, very strong and potent fresheners but still the stench remained. We were able to get changed into a new room.
