Check-In process was horrible

Liked: The facility itself is really nice and clean, and most of the stuff is friendly. The room was nice as well and comfortable.
Disliked: My check-in was horrible, and I'm not sure if he was a manager when I checked in, but he was very rude. He didn't tell me about the extra $30 incident fee. I was charged a $10 parking fee, which I didn't know about either. My boyfriend was meeting me their and asked to have him leave a key, and again, he seemed bothered to help with the request. I hope I never have to deal with him because he seems like he is to good to help.

Disliked: Bed light in room did not work. Asked for the bulb to be replaced twice and it never was. Because I booked through booking.com, a partial refund could not be given.
