Disliked: Needed a few more covers that were warmer on the bed and that didn’t feel like a table cloth… scratchy and thin

It was confusing and somewhat...

Liked: Location and room was nice.
Disliked: We almost got booked out of our room due to computer problems. Checked in and left out bags in the room to attend a concert and when we returned at 2:00 am the key didn’t work and we were told someone else may be in the room. This panicked my wife as she had left her purse in the room. Manager went with us to the room and luckily no one was in it and our stuff was safe. They of course blamed Booking.com as we were supposed to get a king room and got two queens. Ended ok but was extremely stressful for a while.
