The hotel is very nice...

Liked: Tru by Hilton is very nice place to stay while in Galveston and on the beach. My only complaint is that the 3rd party do disclose the pet fees and parking fees.
Disliked: I didn't like that all the information was not disclosed when booking

Liked: how close it was to the beach and it was clean
Disliked: we got a balcony room for the beach view and ended up being tucked in a corner just looking at other balconies no beachfront view like it said online

Disliked: I didn’t have a microwave in room this time but overall still our favorite Tru and home2

Superb

Liked: It was a wonderful room. I was tired and the staff was wonderful checking me in. The lady the next day was gone for a while I had to wait about 10 minutes.
Disliked: I had to wait about ten minutes for someone to help me the next morning after my stay.
