Liked: Average would be a gross over statement of the breakfast.

Met are needs

Liked: Near the cruise ship port. Walking distance to fish restaurant. Pricey but most fresh fish places are.

Tru Hilton is a good...

Liked: Tru Hilton is close to the Ft. Lauderdale Airport, which makes it easy to return a rental car and make a flight. My room was clean, spare and quiet for being right off the main drag. Access to the Parker Center was straightforward (I saw a show the night before departure-Bob Weir and the Wolf Brothers). Valet parking was also a plus.
Disliked: The surrounding neighborhood is a bit rough, and Ft. Lauderdale does have a significant crime rate.

great location for airport

Liked: great location for airport
Disliked: didnt have breakfast as had to leave on 450 am shuttle , cereal or bags to go would be nice consider its in the rate , having only three towels and one was like a hand towel in the room , guy at front desk when checking out says well you should have called i would have brought up (what so other people dont get waited on as no one at front desk many times, little late when you dont notice till you are out of shower , was rude when said it
