Liked: It was clean and well presented
Disliked: We tried to play some of the games in the lobby, all the boxes were broken and pieces missing. Our mattress was horrific, so lumpy and soft. We had other families staying in the same hotel who had a bad nights sleep too because of poor mattresses. I had to ask for hot chocolate mixes for the hot water, the member of staff told me she hid them because she didn’t like the kids having them because they had them all.

Nice stay, good location

Liked: Very friendly receptionist at the check-in, great style lobby, pool area is warm with plenty towels, big/clean/quiet room, pool table & games are available in the lobby, very good breakfast
Disliked: Water in the pool is a bit chilly

Liked: Rooms are comfortable and cozy. The welcome message on the tv is a nice touch.
