Then he asked if I wanted to check outI said, "No, could you give me a discount bc the quality has gone down from our previous stays."He said "no I can't do that. we are a highly successful institution, and we don't do that."My reply was, "Your first response is about money and not about people."He said, "You didn't let me finish."I said, "You don't need to bc your response about Financials told me all I wanted to hear."I said I would call corporate myself.I called corporate and opened a complaint. The customer service rep was apologetic and cooperative. I mentioned that this hotel manager could benefit from some training on how to speak to clients.After I hung up, I went down to check out. Mustapha, the hotel manager, said he "closed the complaint bc there was nothing he could do for us."We tried to check out early, and Mustapha, the manager, refused to refund us for the days we weren't staying.

Our room was comfortable and...

Liked: I have disabilities and our room was easily accessible to the elevator. We liked the hard floors rather than the usual carpeting. The hotel is easily accessible to Rt 77 and Rt 895.
Disliked: The location is close to highways and we could hear traffic at night. The bed was not particularly comfortable.
