Disliked: Valerie was the worst. Nasty attitude and then she added a pet fee on when I did not have any pets. They mess with your charges be careful.

Liked: We enjoyed the breakfast options, the best. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The design of the room was tight, uncomfortable, ‘under construction’ appearance and very expensive for the little space. The parking pass did not work which was inconvenient to get into the garage.and it cost $35/night.The fridge was disconnected to our surprise and didn’t figure it out until the next morning. The soap dispenser was broken and bogged down with liquid soap. The view was downtown as mentioned by front desk personnel but construction sites. The name of the facility was confusing with Homes 2 Suites and True by Hilton. The price was extremely expensive for that room.

Disliked: The bes was not made for two or there days. They told me i have to request it. I did it but still was not made
