Great Hotel and location in...

Liked: The hotel is modern , loved not having carpet in the room and the location is close to downtown , los Olas and not too far from the beach ! Also, the hotel smelled amazing , had this light scent diffusing throughout the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The parking garage is very narrow , have to be real careful not scrape your car when entering or exiting. There is outdoor parking by meter.

Overall overpriced and disappointing.

Disliked: Location was a little distance from downtown Las Olas.The breakfast was not good for anyone on a careful dietary plan. Staff were at best, unhelpful. It was a case if take it or leave it.I had to change rooms. The first room allocated to me on the 12th floor had no hot water and the water barely dribbled out of the shower.

Liked: The front deck staff at this motel were great.
Disliked: Motel is in a very bad area in Ft Laud. downtown. Parking is horrible. You can leave your car in a city parking lot but it is park at your own risk and your car has to be moved by 7AM. To ensure your car is safe overnight you have to pay $30 to park in a very narrow winding garage. Good luck if you have a large vehicle. In addition, we did not have soap or hot water the day we checked in. Extremely over priced!!!
