Disappointing

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: After waiting 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in, the first two rooms we were sent to were never cleaned. The pool was closed even though they said it would be open. The staff pretty much just laughed it off and offered no explanation or any sort of compensation for all the troubles and issues. NO NOT STAY HERE! They could care less about you.

Great for an overnight stay.

Disliked: Prefer a non-pet friendly hotel, and there were lots of pets.

Would Recommend!

Liked: Well designed rooms with surfaces and hooks. Also liked the less wasteful soap and shampoo dispensers!
Disliked: Sheets and pillows had a funny smell, from whatever laundry detergent used. Minor complaint....

Would have gotten a better...

Liked: The hotel and room were clean and staff were very friendly and efficient. Bed was comfy.
Disliked: The lack of readily available hot water is not acceptable at any hotel- and should be told to patrons at check in- not on the buttons to the elevator!! “Be patient and let water run for a few minutes and it will warm up “. Really?! Not sanitary.Our bathroom faucet never got hot water- and it ran for over 10 minutes! What a waste of precious water too!
