Liked: breakfast was phenomenal, it made my stay even better because of the food itself. I loved the extra toiletries in the bathroom, made me appreciate the room more.
Disliked: I was surprised that you don't take cash and that was not mentioned at the time of me setting up my booking. I had to keep my fingers crossed when swiping my card because I was fully intentionally paying via cash.

Disliked: The check-in process did not meet expectations. I was unable to check in at the time scheduled, and after checking in later than was anticipated, the room did not have everything needed to stay comfortably. Lastly l, was asked to refill my room’s bathroom accessories, the staff did not plan to complete the task.
