Besides the poor effort of...

Disliked: The was housekeeping was bad. When we arrived there was a Gatorade bottle under the bed I let the front desk know and when we left the same bottle was still under the bed.

The hotel could have been...

Liked: Front desk was awesome after Booking.com did not send our reservation. They did everything to accommodate the mess Booking.com made.
Disliked: Breakfast basic basic. Ran out of orange juice, syrup, and french toast sticks and they were never replenished. The toilet in the room became backed up. Maintenance only sent up a plunger and made us fix the toilet on our own. There were two lights that were burned out on the lamps. The blinds were broken and would not move up.Because Booking.com screwed up out reservation, we have to pay $30 extra dollars for our stay compared to the booking price we were given.
