Disliked: Don’t have in-suite microwave or kettle or cafe machine, and front desk neither provide borrow kettles. It’s extremely hard when your baby crying in the middle of the night for milk, and you have to get dressed and wait for the elevator to lobby to obtain the microwave.

Almost everything that we needed...

Liked: Clean and comfortable
Disliked: No exterior plug ins for plugging your vehicle in when the weather was very cold.

Disappointing

Liked: Very nice location and really nice breakfast
Disliked: Lukewarm water in our room

I do not recommend this...

Liked: Both mornings there was no coffee available and I was required to wait while they made it. The parking lot hadn't seen snow removal since fall. The receptionist on her phone every time I was in the lobby. The place is dirty and looks like a 30 year old hotel. This is not what i expect from Hilton

It was a nice hotel...

Liked: Breakfast included and coffee.
Disliked: They did not clean our room after two nights. The floor collected dirt and rocks at the entry despite trying to not bring anything into the room.We were on the fourth floor. We had did not have hot water in the shower.
