Nice new hotel! Good location.

Liked: Nice new hotel. I liked the 24 hr front desk/common area/coffee&fitness center. Very clean nice hotel.
Disliked: They had the warm pool open which us nice but we really wanted to use the outdoor pool because we like the cold water therapy too:) . They had it locked.. they staff acted like they didn't know why it was locked and if it would be locked our whole stay. Another lady said closed for cooler months. Kinda strange.Anyway would have liked to be able to swim outside. We like to anytime of the year:)

Disliked: above is all......AND didnt get my 100.00 back for the stay,after turn in keys and checking out, added to my card

Overall good, but wouldn’t come...

Liked: It was a cute place. We liked the heated pool. The room was a very good use of space.
Disliked: The staff was rude. I waited 30 for someone to show up at the front desk. We went down for breakfast at 8:30 and everything was gone. I asked the lady at the front desk if she could replenish anything. She rolled her eyes at me and flatly said “no”. We had to go out for breakfast when part of the reason we chose this hotel was for the convenience of a continental breakfast.
