Nice hotel, good value and...
Liked: Great hotel, nice and clean, good location, nice breakfast in the morning, rooms are good with comfortable beds. Only had 1 night but would definitely come back for my next denver visit
Disliked: Only issue was the connection for the tv. Lots of channels were pretty unwatchable because they just kept freezing briefly. Didn’t spend much time watching tv though so wasn’t a big deal

Enjoyed 3 day stay at...
Liked: Good location, clean facility, free hot coffee and team in the lobby specially because it was so clod outside.
Disliked: 1. Breakfast can be improved by offering more choices2.. Checked in via Hilton App, but the key would not work because I had to stop by to give a credit card for deposit for incidentals. If this is the case then the check-in via the app is of no value....3- For some reason, my Hilton Honor status was not acknowledged so I did not get the customary goodies.4. Parking was Valet parking only, would have been better to also have self parking.5. There was not Kettle or coffeemaker in the room, I know you could get tee and coffee from the lobby....

Disliked: I’m a Hilton Honors member with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, having served as a Hotel Manager for Suburban Extended Stay Hotels for three years and currently as the General Manager for Waffle House for six years. I am writing to address a recent issue I encountered during my stay at your establishment. This morning, I visited the front desk multiple times inquiring about my driver’s license, which I was informed would be overnighted via FedEx by 9 AM. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, it appears that there may have been a miscommunication regarding the receipt of my package. Having prior experience, I understand the importance of proper package logging and handling at the front desk. I kindly suggest reviewing the security footage from this morning, as it will demonstrate my repeated inquiries regarding the package. After checking out, I spoke with Angelique, who indicated that the package had not yet arrived. She kindly provided information for me to have it returned to my home address, which I would have gladly covered, assuming it was a FedEx issue. However, I was later informed by my husband that the package did arrive at 7 AM and that it had been signed for by Angel. I called back informed the hotel the agent puts me on hold for a couple minutes says he doesn’t see it . I give him the information he still says no one works here by the name . I confirm address he puts me on hold another few minutes comes back and says I’m so sorry yes we have it it was my logged or logged wrong either way at this point this is your fault so you guys need to pay for transmission of my drivers license back to Louisiana.I would greatly appreciate your assistance in returning my property . Liked: The hotel is very nice, clean and the location is great.Lots of restaurants within walking distance.
Disliked: The breakfast was disappointing. The line was very long and they ran out of a lot of food and people got tired of waiting. You could tell people were really frustrated.I ended up eating elsewhere the next two mornings
