Don't give them any money...

Liked: Never saw the hotel. They gave away my prepaid for room.
Disliked: We prepaid for our room 3 months early to be sure. Our incoming flight was delayed. I called the hotel right away and confirmed that we would still be there but after midnight and would need the shuttle. The customer service agent assured me we will be fine and to call for the shuttle. 3:30 AM called for the shuttle and was told they gave the room away and were not helpful in finding a new room. Very uncaring!Now taking 3 months to recieve my refund! Management won't take my call or return voicemail messages. This is theft!

Disliked: it was very loud in our room. You could hear other things going on in the building.

Liked: Quiet location not far off the beaten path.
Disliked: Waited over two hours at airport for shuttle even after confirming with hotel when flight would land. Another hotel shuttle driver offered to take us as he'd made the round trip from his hotel, which was close to Tru, three times. Hotel didn't apologize or offer to supply alternate transportation. I called when we reached the shuttle platform, called again after an hour, and a third time after 2 hours.
