Meh. Overall, better than spending...

Liked: Conveniently located, people were incredibly friendly and understanding.
Disliked: Room was not properly stocked with hand soap, body wash, or shampoo. Elevator did not work for entirety of our stay. Luckily we were only on the third floor, but people who were higher up. The staff tried to adapt but (i am a woman) it looked like the staff was mostly female and one male. The only male was the only person running UP AND DOWN flights of stairs for people upon their check in time. Great workout, but jeez we couldn’t just get the elevator fixed within those three days i was there??

Hotel was nice and good...

Liked: It was a convenient location to where I needed to go.
Disliked: My card was charged prior to checking in after it states I can pay at property, when I asked to use a different card to pay it was a battle. When I called ahead to confirm lower floor I was told I would have 1st floor and then when I called back to let them know I’d be a late checkin and confirm still on 1st floor that was changed, and was told if I didn’t like it I could cancel my reservation! I called 2 days prior to that to make all those changes and the phone was answered(no one greeted me) and phone set down on desk while they checked in customers I held for 5 minutes listening to peoples information and checkin before I hung up. In the room everything was great minus the very dirty/soiled q-tips stuffed behind the counter ledge. As well as no insulation so could hear every car on freeway as well as every time another guest entered there room it sounded like they were coming into mine. Not at all happy with customer service! Thankfully only had a 1 night stay and it was limited to sleep and leaving.

Liked: Everyone was super nice, everything f was clean.
Disliked: The elevators weren’t working which made access to the room a little difficult.

We enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Staff was polite and helpful. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Parking was very convenient.
Disliked: Elevator was not working. We were on the second floor next to loud traffic of I-35.
