Liked: The location and breakfast
Disliked: I had to killed a big cockroach; the elevators were in construction- one of them out of service; the lights at the elevators were out; not enough storage in the room; the front desk was slow and if you don’t have a good attitude please go find another job.

Overall perfect!!

Liked: The staff were so welcoming and made the experience even better. We had absolutely no problems and can’t wait to come back again!

Liked: Staff was amazing and very helpful. Location to my venue was perfect.
Disliked: Could have been cleaner and the location of my room was on the loud traffic end. Suffice to say, I did not get much sleep. Also, the pillows are the worst. Too soft and not enough of them.

I'm sure there are better...

Liked: It was in a great location to the American Airlines Center
Disliked: There were only 2 elevators, one was broke our whole stay and the other you were lucky if you could get it when you needed it and not because of how many people were there, it just wouldn't come to the 3rd floor. It was ridiculous.
