Liked: Everything. Tru is a great chain. It was my first stay at this particular property. The entire experience was excellent. Clean, comfortable, and quiet rooms. Nice staff, too.

Not pleasant at all always...
Liked: The property itself is up-to-date. The lobby is clean.
Disliked: Unfortunately, our room was dirty. The sheets were dirty. They had hair on the sheets. Bathroom was dirty look like hair and pubic hair in the shower and on the toilet. We woke up and had no hot water at all front desk lady was very rude I will not be staying again.
