Great property. Need management presence...

Liked: It was lovely. The breakfast staff was so kind and chatted with us about local places we asked to see. The front desk person acted like she was not at work. When I asked her a question about ice she stuffed it off. I had to make her answer me. My partner also asked her if I could give a tip to breakfast attendant a tip (it was more generous than usual but she didn't know) she offered to take it, we declined, she said then we could use the app, we said we didn't know or want to do that and another breakfast server saw us and said I'll get whomever for us and she did. When we spoke to her coming and going she never spoke but was alwys on her phone looking at things and even at the desk talking to her I could see the videos and such she was watching while helping.

I wont be staying again....

Liked: The breakfast was wonderful, so many options. It was delicious. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The blinds on the windows were surprising, i did not expect them to completely black out all outside light.
Disliked: The room was very small, there was no closet or dresser. If I needed extra storge there was some under the bed? I felt as though I was staying in an IKEA apartment where space was at a premium. For almost $200, i expect a bit more luxury and less college dorm room.
