Over charged $75

Liked: We only reserve pet friendly hotels with no charge. No whereon Bookings.com did it mention any additional charges for pets. The local Tru hotel snuck $75.00 pet fee onto my bill and blamed Bookings for not charging me. I will contest on my credit card company.

Liked: Close to venue we where visiting
Disliked: Staff continued to hold a conversation, and did not acknowlege that I was trying to check in. Both beds had hairs on the sheets.

Yes!

Liked: We ended up here after booking a room that I did not feel safe staying in. This place was like Heaven. It was clean, comfortable, safe, and affordable. The lobby has 24 hr drinks snd snacks to purchase, a hot breakfast. I'd definitely stay here again.
