The hotel and staff were great! I would stay again. Aside from the dirty floor in our room everything else was wonderful. Next time I will bring slippers.

Liked: Everyone was friendly and kind. The hotel was newer and modern with great accommodation.
Disliked: Sadly the floors were not clean. The rooms do not have carpet, and they had not been swept or mopped. There were hair ties and bobby pins next to the bed as well as crumbs on the floor and the bottoms of our socks were black after walking around the room while getting ready for the day.

Liked: How close it was to my Doctors apt
Disliked: Way over priced for what it is. No pool, small lobby, and very basic breakfast, tiny gym. Worse of all, it's in a terrible area. Surrounded by some of cleveland most crime ridden areas
