The hotel and staff were great! I would stay again. Aside from the dirty floor in our room everything else was wonderful. Next time I will bring slippers.

Liked: Everyone was friendly and kind. The hotel was newer and modern with great accommodation.
Disliked: Sadly the floors were not clean. The rooms do not have carpet, and they had not been swept or mopped. There were hair ties and bobby pins next to the bed as well as crumbs on the floor and the bottoms of our socks were black after walking around the room while getting ready for the day.

Good value, clean and staffed...

Liked: 1- Remote check in and electronic key especially after 10 arrival2- This location although near Cleveland Clinic is in a challenging area. The parking lot had security vehicle all night— Great Idea and appreciate it3- A snack provided by the front desk was a nice touch.
Disliked: In a perfect world the HVAC unit would be quieter. Loud and in need of repair? NO. But not being used to a machine moving air and cycling on/off all night.Would prefer a quiet low speed fan that could be allowed to stay on. The lowest setting on the unit in room 230 was not really low when sleeping.
