The hotel and staff were great! I would stay again. Aside from the dirty floor in our room everything else was wonderful. Next time I will bring slippers.

Liked: Everyone was friendly and kind. The hotel was newer and modern with great accommodation.
Disliked: Sadly the floors were not clean. The rooms do not have carpet, and they had not been swept or mopped. There were hair ties and bobby pins next to the bed as well as crumbs on the floor and the bottoms of our socks were black after walking around the room while getting ready for the day.

Liked: Friendly staff. Great customer service. Nice & clean location. This was my second time staying at this location & I'll likely be back.
Disliked: The coffee was empty when I left at 8:30 am. The banana is grabbed for breakfast was rotten. As if it was stored in the refrigerator.The pillows were not comfortable.

Liked: The free breakfast was satisfying, a good general selection of warm and cold breakfast offerings. The whole place was very clean and we felt safe with the constant security presence.
Disliked: The gentleman at the desk when we arrived was not exactly "hospitality-minded." A warm and friendly greeting and smile were absent, though he took good care of us. This is a small criticism...otherwise, we were very satisfied.
