Liked: Staff was very friendly and welcoming, everything was very clean, location was great (right next to the freeway entrance and pretty central to everything), and the free breakfast/coffee each morning was the cherry on top

It was a good place...

Liked: Loved the location. Ease of freeway access. Ease of booking online. Pet friendly.
Disliked: Upfront on website the $75 pet fee. Requested 1st floor and was confirmed Thien put on 2nd floor. Nice hotel, first time staying at Tru and did not realize it was a budget hotel. Breakfast on signs was not what was presented.

Liked: Clean, easy location right off highway, price, and staff was friendly.
Disliked: A/C unit worked but made a terribly loud noise that kept waking me up all night. We checked in late at night and were unpacked and in bed before we discovered the problem. We should have requested a different room anyway.
