Disliked: Issues with finding parking due to replacing. Had to park at a different hotel a block away.

Nice property but little help...

Liked: Nice clean & comfortable place with nice breakfast.
Disliked: They were in the process of revisiting their parking lot. There were very few available parking spots available to start with only 1/3 of the lot available. When we returned to the hotel after diner there were absolutely no spots available. When we asked the front desk where we could park they just said I don’t know. They had been telling people to park in the hotel across the street but there were no available spots there either. There was a box truck parked in the Tru lot that was taking up 6 spots. They apologized for that but offered no suggestions where to park. He said we could park out on the street he guessed but couldn’t tell us we wouldn’t be towed but to try it anyway. I’m handicapped with a handicap sticker but he just said didn’t know what else to say.

Very horrible will never ever...

Disliked: Staff was rude. We were told we could use the fire pit in back but had a huge party with tons of alcohol and was unable to use it all when we walked in. We weren’t greeted at all employee sitting there on computer didn’t give us the time of day.

Poor sleep was the worse...

Liked: The breakfast was ok, we did enjoy all the entertainment provided in the front lobby.
Disliked: We did not sleep at all our 2 nights we was there, the people above us was so loud we called the front desk but it did not help, I have a 7 yr old I kept telling to walk a little easier because I didn’t want the people under me hearing what we did all night long! Also it really did not seem like the beds was actually queen size they felt more like a full size. There was a booger on the wall when we first came in, and trash behind the trash can still. I honestly don’t think the floors was swept either.
